The following is a short (1 minute) video demonstrating the task used in the experiment reported in Rosa et al. (2013). Two trials from each condition are presented. The trial shows three participants: the subject (played here by E. Rosa) is on the right, on the near side of the table; the addressee is on the other side of the table, and the experimenter is seated next to the display computer, controlling the timing of the visual stimuli.
